Karma? Or is this just a good week.

This morning has been catastrophic in proportions.  And I mean, in a good way, of course.
Let’s start out with yesterday though.
First off, the whole cell-phone thing.  Oh my goodness.  My Aunt loves me! =D.  But okay, so my mom told her about the phone that I want, which is the enV Orange from Verizon/LG.  And, so my Aunt offered to pay 30$ for it if I was willing to pay the 50$ she had just sent me (for helping her with a bunch of stuff).  And that is totally awesome.  I have the best Aunt in the Universe, of course.  =D.  And so, well, the phone is awesome-full QWERTY keyboard, and a 2.0 MGPX camera (w/ camcorder caps), and it’s ORANGE!!!
I was on MSN Messenger yesterday, and I got to talk to my new best friend, Brian, on there.  It was cool.  We talked about movies and music.  We have a lot of the same taste in music.  And he told me that he had a whole bunch of DVDs-which it was a monster number (400, I think it was).  That is retarded.  Retardedly awesome though.  =P.  But ya, he has good taste.
I wrote more of the story I started on the 5th.  It’s turning out good, so far.  At first, I thought it was going to be a short thing, but it’s getting to be long now.  And, when I started, I had no idea where it was going to go.  Turns out, I thought of it yesterday, I think it was, and it is going to be so awesome!

Okay, so now to today.
First period, we’re making a HTML doc. about the history of the internet and we have to put a background image in it (which is easy <body background=”name of file“> and that’s it).  But it’s cool, because, well, it’s HTML and I’m in love with that language.
Second period, I had to go talk to the counselor (finally) about my classes, because they’re too easy.  So, we got to talking about what I thought I could do.  And I told him about the Language Arts situation-I finish reading the book, and get another, and another, so on and so forth.  He asked me what I thought I might want to do other than that.  I told him a project, like a writing project.  So, then he asked what kind, like, what else other than that, and so then the topic of what other “skills” I had, and I brought up the HTML stuff.  So then I thought of making a page/site for the project, where I make all the code and whatever, other than it wouldn’t be able to be “up” anywhere-I don’t have a domain.  Well, then I thought more about it and then WordPress came to mind and I could do it on here, and rework the CSS for a presentation and make pages and whatnot.  That would be cool, but I would have to learn CSS, which I know nothing about.
But anyway, still talking to the counselor, we got to talking about after high school and what I wanted to do.  And then he brought the kicker.  He told me of a program at Cornell (an IVY LEAGUE SCHOOL, mind you).  It’s if a student meets their admissions requirnments, and the student’s parents make less than 75,000 a year, the student can pretty much go to school for FREE.  I’m pretty sure that’s just the actual schooling and not including room & board and all that, but the EDUCATION is the big fee.  Anyway, a FREE college education, at an IVY LEAGUE school?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!!??  Oh my gosh!  I never thought such a thing was possible.  I was about ready to explode in the counselor’s office, simply because of that!  I mean seriously!  So awesome!  I have no idea what I’m doing after school, and right now, if I do go to college, it’ll be community college-four year schools are too much, and I want two degrees (come to find out, you can do two degrees at once, you just have to go school for five years, but hey).  So anyway, this is just awesome!  Because, well, it is!  Other than I have no idea what my parents make in a year, but I’m pretty sure it’s less than that.
And, to back track some, sorry…………Before school started, I got onto Yahoo Messenger, like always, and Mr. Jason was on.  I haven’t talked to him in FOREVER.  So, we talked a bit, and ya.  It was cool.  We didn’t talk about much.  He told me that he missed me, but mainly because we were talking then and he missed talking with me (he remembered just how awesome I was).  But ya, that was cool.  I emailed him fourth period: not majorly long though, but long enough.

So other than that, my day has been pretty run-of-the-mill.  But that part is the best part in the whole world-other than my enV Orange.  =D.
I have no idea why all this awesome stuff is happening.  Maybe I’m due some Karma.  Maybe it’ll come back to bite me in the ass later.  Who knows?  We’ll find out though.
