Darn. Wanna know something really sad, and then something that’s even sadder? Of course you do! So I shall share, because I’m nice that way.
First sad thing…..I can’t play World of Warcraft on my computer.
Second sad thing is the reason…..You need a 56kBps connection to play. The highest I have ever gotten on my dial up is 32.0kBps.
How sad is that???
Very much so, I must say.
However, I am still looking at Dungeons and Dragons. Only thing about that is the fact that it’s a board game. I never have anyone to play board games with, and I’m sure none of my friends here would want to play D&D with me…Sure they wouldn’t. Because, well, they’re not geeks like I am.
But, I shall live. I hope.
There should be a computer based game of D&D. I would so get that. Well, at least a game system version. Because that way the computer would be making it up and it would work. Of course, you couldn’t be the DM if you wanted to, but to be the DM you have to have people to play with anyway.
This whole thing is rather sad…….Especially since I’ve wanted to play WoW since it came out (well, since I knew it came out). And I’ve wanted to play D&D since I learned how so many people hate it and think its for geeks. I mean, come on, what kind of person would I be if I didn’t want to play one of the geekiest games ever?
Exactly.
